Middle School Athletics

We are excited for our RCSCS 2015-2016 Athletics Season.  All sports offered by Renaissance Charter School at Coral Springs are not funded by city, county or state tax dollars.  Our Middle School Athletics are funded by the donations of our parent body and an individual athletics due per student/sport.  Contact Coach Ferguson (mferguson@recscoralsprings.org) for any questions concerning athletics.

National Junior Honor Society

The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is an organization that gives a school a chance to show off their best and brightest stars in 6th through 8th grade. The few students that are in this esteemed organization have an opportunity to give back to their community and to show not only what makes them great but how they in t urn make their schools and cities great in return. Safety Patrol

The RCSCS safety patrol began in the fall of 2011 as a before and after school job post. It requires members to submit an application essay, display exemplary behavior, attend meetings and remain in good academic standing. Student Government Association

The members of the student council at RCSCS are committed to improving both the school community and the community at large. The members are elected to represent the student body and to work together on projects, fundraisers and charitable events which Student Government is responsible for. Being a member of the student government is a privilege and a big responsibility. Student Government members are student leaders and are expected to act as such and lead by example at all times. Renaissance Eagles Basketball, Hoops and Fitness

Youth Fitness and Exercise Program

Arts and Crafts

Through variety art work improve your fine motor skills, thinking skills, creativity and attention spam. The class will use different multimedia (play dough, crayon, water paint, wood, fabric, mosaic, beads, fabrics etc.). For more information contact Ms. Babos kbabos@recscoralsprings.org

After- School Cheer-Leading Program for Elementary Students

Dance

Across the floor steps & a short combination will be taught with up to date music. Learn expressing the feeling of music and telling stories thru body movement building strength, stamina, coordination and muscle memory. It’s about grooving and having fun.
